Keeping it short for now cos it's late & I need some shut eye!!Will update the story once I have the time. Tak tau le bila cos got loads to do before I go off to Bali on Tues morning.

Zahid looked really sharp in a jacket on top of his lilac t-shirt. Top Man jacket, of course le cantik!! Beli hari tu jugak :) Unfortunately, he took it off during the signing ceremony so not many pics of him with the jacket on. During his performance I was waaay behind the queue (tak kuasa nak beratur weii..) so didn't have an opportunity to take a good close-up pic. The only one I could manage was from the plasma screen! :)

Btw, Happy Birthday to Zahid!!! :) He turned 24 on Sunday, 19 December. He was at Keningau for a show on his birthday.

Has everyone seen Ako in 'Dalam Hati Ada Cinta 2'? It's now on Astro Ria, Mondays at 22:00 hrs. Repeats on Sunday, 15:00 hrs.

Where is the non-elimination round when you want one?? (ie for the Mormon sisters Lena n Kristy). Honestly, I can't stand all this equality thing with old people in reality shows. It's just delaying the inevitable isn't it? I just wanna see the younger teams get more challenged. Do we really see Don & MJ winning the race? Come on!!? :)

Ok, so Teri & Ian did good in TAR3, but they're not really thaaat old. But Jan in Survior Thailand? Oh my gawdd!!! And Scout in Survivor Vanuatu doesn't really deserve her top 3 position does she?

Anyway... Yaaayyyy... My fave TAR6 team (Kris & Jon) got 1st again!! :) I was kinda annoyed last week they didn't fight it out with Hayden & Aaron for 1st place. Ada ke leave it to just paper, rock & scissors je? They need to be more aggressive! But I guess it's still to early to peak and get all hyped up :)

They made so many mistakes this leg of the race but luck and their effectiveness at tasks more than made up for it. I was so worried when they got misinformed about the opening times of the tower hall. Rupa2nya the opening times of the tower and the building is different. So let that be their lesson! Never take anything for granted. Believe anything only after you've seen it on print with your own eyes! :)

Jumping on a cab not knowing where to go (esp in Senegal!) was not very wise but I suppose they figured they had a lot of time as it was still dark. They were fast at the fish stacking, finishing 2nd yet only to hit a snag with their cab. Dunno what happened there as there weren't much coverage but they fell from 2nd to 4th when they arrived at Lac Rose.

Kris really kicked ass during that salt hauling challenge. You go girl!!! In her cab, Hayden asked Aaron "How did Kris get ahead of me?". Aaron simply said "She kicked your ass!" Hehehe..

Btw, how is it possible that Kris & Jon haven't argued yet? Or at least vented out their frustrations/anger at their mistakes? All they said about their bad leg was "It has been a humbling day". Freaky!! They are really TEAM NICE!! I know nice is boring but I really like this team! So far they have never gotten less than 2nd position in any of the legs. I want more coverage on this team!! I'm guessing CBS wanna play down this team as they don't fight much. They really get no airtime as a result and I want more of Kris and Jon CBS!!!

So far, am predicting the final 3 teams standing to be Aaron & Hayden, Kris & Jon and Jonathan & Victoria. I think Aaron & Hayden will win but I hope it's my fave team :)

Anwyay, wasn't Lac Rose so pretty? I've only been to 2 salt lakes (in Salt Lake City & Lake Tuz in Turkey) and what a treat to see a pink salt lake! The water of the lake looks pink in bright sunlight due to certain algae within the lake that reflect the color pink.

Btw, can't believe what a wuss Adam is!! First he is scared of the roadblock at Iceland (which I'd do in a heartbeat!) and yells out "Mommy!!". Then we find out his mom cuts his toe nails?!! He is a spinning instructor but all the girls beat him in hauling salt?? Unbelievable!! And what's with the constant threats of jumping on a railway track/off the boat? Hahahaha.. This guy is such a princess!! I love it!! I hope they stay long in the game as they make me laugh :)

Next destination TAR6 goes to is Berlin! Bestnya!!! This is in my top 3 list of cities/countries I wanna visit (along with Russia and South America). No time to go to Berlin the times I was in Germany. Who knows, I might just go there come World Cup 2006. Well, I'll keep on dreaming. Still have a year to go, heheh.

Well, Survivor's all over! And I still haven't seen the last 3 episodes due to ntv7's technical failure! Hmmph!! Not that I really care. This season's so bland & predictable anyway! I correctly predicted Chris & Twila will be in the final two and I just knew Chris would win. Lesser of two evils. Congrats Chris!!


Julie: the eye-candy of Survivor Vanuatu. The prettiest of the lot in my opinion. Dolly's pretty hot too but we only saw her in one episode sadly.

p/s: Can't wait for ROTK Extended DVD to come to town! :)

The first time I heard Colin Farrell was gonna play Alexander I was like "Hmmm... Sesuai ke?? And what?? Blond?? Oh my gawdd!!! Sah2 buruks!!" I think Colin Farrell is one sexy guy but I don't think he looks good as a blonde lah. Tak sesuai.

Nevertheless, I went to the cinema with no inhibitions, hoping that Farrell will prove me wrong. But... Yikes!! Bad dye job!!! Who was the hair artiste in charge?? I could see his roots and his eyebrows were still dark!!

I thought Alexander speaking with an Irish accent was really weird. The rest were speaking with English accents. Oh dear... Angelina Jolie pulak cakap in Transylvannian/Dracula-ish accent! :)

I get the fact that Oliver Stone wanted to focus on Alexander’s relationship with his parents and Hephaistion. I am all for the director delving deeper into the hearts/minds of the protagonist. However, he kinda downplayed Alexander’s military feats. The movie didn’t s show his greatness, it was narrated! I felt robbed! :)
To make matters worse, it was narrated by an old Ptolemy who was rambling and mumbling (sbb org tua kan) so it becomes tiresome and really - what a waste of reel time!

The battle were kinda tame too. It was kinda hard to know what was happening - but I guess that’s partly due to all the desert sand covering the screen. So boleh dimaafkan ler that part. The repetitious shots of eagles swooping down over the battle scene reminded me of Matrix Revolutions fight scene between Neo and countless Agent Smiths. Boringgg... Sekali dua cukup ler. Not again and again, hehe. And what’s with the freeze frame shots of Emperor Darius again and again?? Battlescene pep talk was so erm.. unconvincing. I was squirming in my seat! Also found the score pretty uninspiring. The constant hammering of timbre-like sounds during the Gaugamela battle annoyed me. I guess Peter Jackson has taken all the epic/battlescene mojo! Btw, bila la nak keluar ROTK : Extended DVD Version ni. Can't wait! I hope there's more footage on Faramir! :)

Did I like anything about the movie? Of course le ada but they were outweighed by the dislikes. I liked the reddish tint/filter used for the background during the battle at India after Alexander was hit. However, I probably felt more for the dead Bucephalous, haha. That’s a worrying sign, when you felt more for the horse! :)

Not to say I was not rooting for Alexander, I was! I did! But didn't feel for him the way I felt for Hector in Troy. (Eric Bana.. Phwoarrrr!!!) Masa dia mati tu... dah tak nak tgk dah the movie, hehe. I also felt more for Achilles-Briseis than Alexander-Hephaistion. I guess cos there was not enough on Alexander-Hephaistion to go on. I wanted more!! Tiba2 si Bagoas lak enter frame. Potong steam betul aaa!!! Hehehe...

And gosh, Rosario Dawson really looked scary as Roxane!! If she was indeed going for the barbarian look, she certainly got it down pat! She looked so sweet in 'The 25th Hour" (An excellent movie starring Ed Norton who I think is just fabulous!!!).

Overall, I think Stone should’ve put more focus on Alexander's military genius. By focusing more about his relationship with his father, mom and Hephaistion (and Bagoas) Stone's Alexander came across more as a sad-eyed sensitive, idealistic pretty boy with a penchant for wine. He should’ve also come across as bold, fearless, arrogant & mad.

I came out of the movies feeling disappointed. Thank god for 'The Incredibles' huh? That's still the best movie I've recently seen. Wasn't that fun?!! When Incrediboy appeared onscreen my friend and I were laughing so hard. Especially when she exclaimed "Oh my gawwd!! Superstalker!!" :)

My fave character was 'E' - the superhero costume designer. The way she moved was sooo cute! Being such a short person with short legs, she walked doubly fast. And her quotes!!! Hillarious. Kudos to Brad Bird for such a great job doing her voice.

"Supermodels. Hah! Nothing "super" about them - stupid little stick figures with poofy lips who think only about themselves. Feh! I used to design for GODS!"

P/S: Saw 'SH3' semalam (http://www.sh3movie.com). Not bad lah.. Ashraf Sinclair is quite a looker. The silent sensitive type role suits him well. Darling Ngasri did a good job and so did Farah Fauzana. Tomboy habis!! Siapa yg minat Ruffedge and VE, they are featured in this film quite a lot, esp Amer and Zain. Puas hati dapat tgk Amer Munawer lotsa time! :)

Viper Room, Bt Bintang

When I arrived it was 6pm and Zahid was in the middle of shooting. He was at the balcony of Viper Room overlooking the street so I didn't go in the building, tgk kat tepi jalan opposite the building.

My 1st thought: Mcm video clip Usher!! :)

Zahid was wearing a hat (looks like the one he wore during his AE04 performance with Siti Sarah), stud earings, a lounge suit and he was surrounded by girls. To his left were 2 girls. On his right was a guy and next to this guy was a girl. All that was missing was him holding on to a drink and cigar :)

Below the balcony lak, there were people doing some serious dancing, including 3 blacks. Mana depa dapat those guys beats me, but it adds flava for sure. This is gonna be one cool music video. Cepat2 le keluar tv!! Tak sabar nak tgk! :)

During a break, he saw me from the balcony so and waved hi. He lifted up his index finger and I nodded as I did come alone. He then tunjuk gaya pusing steering kereta and I geleng kepala. Didn’t know how to gesture “Took a cab” so I just smiled haha.

Shortly after a few more takes it was a wrap. Dah habis baru I masuk Viper Room naik atas to meet up with fellow Za8FC members. Dari luar mmg tak nampak depa. Lepas tu, semua turun lepak-lepak. Would’ve stayed on longer but I wanted to catch The Amazing Race, hehe.

Sedihnya Mormon Sisters dah takde!! My fave team is still Kris & Jon. I think they need to be more aggressive. Ada ke rock paper scissor je for 1st spot on the mat? We’re talking a holiday prize here! At least race till the mat man!! I know that’s what I would’ve done!

By the way, I can’t believe that people actually chose to count soft toys/pots & pans over assembling a DIY unit!?! Crazy!!

And while we’re talking reality shows here, am kinda bummed Ami is gone. Not that I really like her. Truth be told, none of this season’s Survivor cast caught my eye. But Ami was the one I see most deserving of the million. Obviously her mistake was being too complacent with her comfortable status quo. She should’ve anticipated Twila & Scout making a pact with Chris! With what’s left, I’m rooting for a final two of Eliza and Chris, muahahahhaa.. That would be a major tamparan for the ladies. They try so hard to vote the men out, and one still prevails. And of the women, it’s Eliza that’s left behind. I love it! If Chris wins, all the sweeter. The last man standing wins ;)

Isn’t this season’s Survivor a bore!?! It’s actually worse than gasp!! Marquesas!! Thank God for Amazing Race. The contestants do bicker much more this season sampai pening kepala aku, but I do love the countries so far. Iceland really caught my fancy. Drat! That’s another country to add to my list of must-visits! Hmmphh!!!! : )

Did anybody see Troy of 'The Apprentice' in Miss World Finals recently? I caught the repeat when I found out that Troy was one of the host. As this time round, it was sms-based, was expecting Miss India, China and USA to get far. What a surprise Miss India didn’t make it through. Hehehehe.. I guess people are getting sick of the Miss India clones – well at least I am! Semua mcm Stapleford Beauty Queens, hehe. All programmed to say the right thing after intensive training : ) Well, I was rooting for Miss Peru out of the top 5 so am happy my choice won.

p/s: Btw, how cool was the Miss Fitness Award? Siap lawan swimming, long jump and sprints lagi.
