Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil
Last year was my 1st experience attending Anugerah ERA. 10 tahun lebih tak pegi Genting Highlands, sampai jua akhirnya. Semuanya gara2 demam Vince and AF!! :)
When I first heard that AE was to be moved to Bt Jalil, I was quite skeptical but it turned out good. Both were memorable experiences in their own way.
Last year I was on the 3rd row from the stage and sat near the announcer’s booth. Hence, after the winning artiste descended the rostrum, terus pegi attack, hehe. I also braved the wind and cold (at Genting) to watch the red carpet which was a lot of fun.
This year, I actually stayed put at my seat and tak pegi tgk red carpet. Tak berani keluar sbb ticket sebenarnya kat tempat lain, hehehe. Takut kalau keluar tak dpt masuk balik ;) But this year berani sikit move around the floor and paling best, dpt pass attend the ‘Post Award Party’.
Mmg sayang tak dapat tgk red carpet. Tak dpt amik gambar Zahid at red carpet. Gambar Vince in his urban batik shirt pun takde. Apasal baju Vince tu colour mcm flag Msia ye? Hehehe... Merah, biru, putih. Kuning je takde :) I thought he shouldn’t have tucked in his batik shirt. He looked sooo skema! Apparently, it was the boutique assistant that instructed him to tuck it in (he told me later).
I was seated with SM (press!!) and Javard. SM n Bad, thanks for the VIP tickets. Javard, thanks for successfully ushering us both to the F section :-) Nice meeting you. Should’ve asked you to introduce me to VE at the Post Award Party. My fave is Zaf, Lah being my 2nd favourite. Btw, Lah looks good in his new short hairdo. What a suprise!!
Masa mula2 sampai, terus bumped into Zahid’s parents at the entrance. Sempat snap one picture with Aunty. Also met Zahid’s anak buah. Muka mcm Zahid! : ) Dalam dewan sblm award start, sempat jumpa miss pres KSNM.
Zahid pulak, mmg tgk on screen je during red carpet. Sedih sgt tak pegi red carpet!!! My first comment on seeing Zahid: "Mana batiknya???" Hehehehe...
I can’t believe I didnt realize it, but he was actually seated just 5 seats in front of me! Sabar je lah! I noticed him after someone took a picture with him. I waited till the next advert break before I went over to say hi. I just took one picture (just of him alone) cos I didnt really want to bother him.
He showed me where the ‘batik’ was in his outfit. Kat jeans and jacket dia ada ditampal motif2 corak batik. Mmg tak perasan sbb kecik benor. Itu je lah time dpt borak ngan Zahid sbb I didnt go to the Post Award Party immediately after the show ended. When I arrived at the Post Award Party, bumped into Zahid who was already making his way out. Dia balik awal sbb the next day ada show di KDCA Penampang Sabah with a few other AF2 stars. No wonder I didn’t see any of the AF2 kids at the Post Award Party. But who knows, maybe they were all at the Party for awhile much earlier.
Actually, I tak perasan sgt pun where did the AF2 stars sat in the hall except for Zahid, Farah, Adam and Bob. Among the AF2 stars, besides Zahid, I managed to talk to Farah and Kaer je.
Farah remembers me. Dia ckp, "Eh, kakak ni!!" haha. As usual, nak tolong kawan, tak mention my name but said "Yup, saya kawan SM" hehehehe.
I spoke with Kaer during the final performance by Anuar Zain, Ning, Misha and Glenn. I expected Kaer to sing along to ‘Januari’ but he didn’t. I thought he looked good that night. Very nice shirt he had on. Colourful habis. Hanya baju Aznil je boleh kalahkan baju Kaer kot, hehe.
In my opinion that night, the best dressed male that night was Aznil. The worst? Jehan Miskin perhaps. I didnt like his outfit at all. Ewwwwwwwwww!!! :-) As for the girls, I thought Nana was the best dressed. Even wig dia pun cantik :-)
I also spoke to Burn, Sahri, Adi and Vince and his family during the award show. Wah, family Vince semua pakai baju Tom Abg Saufi. Baju Vince masa perform was by Key Ng though. I thought the Key Ng baju was a bit weird. It made his thighs look big! Padahal Vince dah kurus byk!!! To me, his hair was too blond for my liking, didnt really like the style. Preferred his hair during the Vince FC Gathering. Simple and nice!
Adi told me that he and Sahri reads my blog. Walalala.. Ni mesti kerja Haks ni!! Adusss... Hahahahhaha. Sahri, get well soon ok. I hope your leg heals asap. Adi, siap le kau, gambar kau ngan Saiful (Malaysian Idol) aku akan publish disini, muahahahhaha.. Don’t you guys think they look alike? Dua2 cute :) Saiful tu mmg le so comel, hehehe. He told me that BMG has already offered him a recording contract. Bertuah sungguh dia : )
Also met Juan Danza from URS. He came over to say hi and to tell me that the latest URS is out. So Zahid fans, go get your copy. Tak sure lah gambar KSNM mana yg depa print.
Ok.. back to AE04...
I thought the set of AE04 was much better than last year's. Besar and mmg creative way of adhering to the urban batik theme. The hydraulic podium may look canggih and different, but at best was perhaps impractical. Wasting time! Too Phat loncat je, hehe. Luckily, mangsa kesilapan teknikal (Kavita Kaur) tu tinggi, so langkah dia panjang :-)
The results were definitely suprising. I am not so bothered by it as I was so happy that Misha won best female vocal and Vince Most Promising Artist. I am soo happy for Misha. She wore orange didn’t she? Hehehehe :)
Sham Kamikaze wore orange too. Dia ni mcm suka colour orange je I nampak. Happy sgt he remembered me from rehearsal Konsert Reunion! :) Tak sia2 aku jerit nama kau sejak dari Konsert Reunion AF1 : )
Anyway, back to the results....
After the initial shock results I predicted (in jest) for Nassier Wahab, Noraniza Idris & Liza Hanim to win. Betul pulak tu, hahaha. So masa Kategori Artis Harapan tu, I was like "Don’t tell me Haiza Rani is gonna win it!!!?" I was expecting to hear Khai’s name so what a shock when it was in fact Vince. Happynya!!! It was so nice to see him unabashedly displaying his joy at bagging the title. As a Chinese in a predominantly Malay market, this is a big deal as it is voted by the fans. Surely it can’t be JUST his fans voting for him. It has to be the general public as well. Vince has worked hard since AF1 and is such a disciplined person, he really deserved it. Well done Vince and his BFs! :)
I felt for a lot of my friends who are ardent Anuar Zain fans. I pun kinda sad Resh tak menang for Local English Artist. To the artists expected to win, but didnt, I see this as a good reminder for them to not be content with their success, but to continue to improve.
Overall, bar the surpising results, I enjoyed myself and found the performances entertaining. Top 3 for me were VE, Zahid/Sarah and Ruffedge. Special mention for the invited artiste from Spore and Indonesia, Hazrul and Glenn. Great vocals. Hazrul has lost weight, hasn’t he? He looked real good in his outfit. I asked Burn who was taller between the two. Definitely Hazrul, hehehe.
Ruffedge’s outfit really impressed me. As usual, they went all out. They looked really sharp! Loved the Zorro look by Azan. Amer Munawer (my fave RuffEdge member) looked great with the pirate styled headgear. Zain looked dashing in his aviator sunglasses and pilot like suit. Pretty good improvisation with the dikir, but as too many people were singing sometimes the vocals became a bit inconsistent/messy. I would’ve loved to see them perform "Bila Rindu" but as an opener, "Goyang" was more appropriate.
My fave performance though has got to be VE’s. Most people probably imagined the AF2 kids singing this song instead but I didn’t. In my opinion the AF2 stars didnt do quite a good job singing ‘Party Like This (Ooh Ooh Ooh)’. The AF1 kids though mmg pukul habis lagu ‘Khayalan’ tu! If I hear ‘Khayalan’, I will definitely imagine the AF1 stars performing it. Who can forget that ‘look’ between Liza and Vince! Hehehehe...
The intro to ‘Party Like This (Ooh Ooh Ooh)’ reminded me a bit of Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814. They really pulled out all the stops, didnt they? With the brass band, with the kids, the breakdancing, the simple yet fun choreography, the slow mo dance routine, the marionette moves, the blonde and cacak2 hair (and Lah’s SHORT hair!!!), the FCUK outfit. Amboi amboi amboi Lah! He kept gesturing to the FCUK letters while singing the song, hehehe. VE, I really salute you guys. Well done!!
I mmg respect VE and Ruffedge because they always put on a big effort in improvising their songs during award shows and they really plan out their wardrobe. I also love the way they interact with their fans. They dont just answer fans questions, they actually borak with them. They really treat their fans like they know them, siap tanya the fans lak questions.
Zahid and Sarah’s performance pulak? Pretty darn good! :) Those Heely’s roller shoes rocked man!!! I know Zahid must’ve gotten the idea to use them from a certain Malay Mail journalist who is always wearing them. :-) I liked Zahid’s performing outfit. Siapa sponsor ye? I prefer to see his hair, but at least this time he wore a hat instead of a snowcap - something different. Zahid was charismatic as always onstage. Great energy level. Loved it when he starts doing his dance moves, and especially loved it when he strolled around with those Heely’s. I was very impressed that his vocals ‘maintain’ throughout the high energy performance. He definitely moved around much more than in the AF2 finals and this time round, much better vocal control.Well done Zahid!
I’m a M Nasir fan so it was so nice to see him perforrming. Anuar Zain’s vocal was much better compared to Juara Lagu. Takde pitching lari at all. Adam’s rap for Dayang was good. His rapping was clear and he looked so cute doing his dance moves. Good job Adam!
The combo of the AF2 girls with Juliza Adlizan was not that convincing. Maybe because the AF2 girls were mainly playing back-up / stage-fillers. ‘Kuda Hitam’ was ok, but ‘Raikan Malam Cinta’ was a bit messy. Juliza sang well and looked very hyper, didn’t she? Siap menjerit lagi at the end of the song, hehe. Farah’s baju was really nice but I thought Nurul was the best looking AF2 girl. Baju dia so sweet (dah le colour Zahid!! Orange and putih) and her hair looked the way it was during her audition for AF2.
I wished Vince sang ‘Killer Smile’ instead as it’s a fast number. That song requires Reefa to rap with him so I understand why he didnt choose to do that song. Nanti I suggest dia suruh Zahid rap kan, hehehe.. If forced to pick my least favourite song in Vince’s album, I’d say ‘Andai Kau Mengerti’ actually. He had 1 or 2 pitching problems but overall, still good.
At the Post Award Party, the first thing I looked for was food, hahahaha. The pita bread was soo good! :-) As Zahid had already left, and I already met Sham Kamikaze and Vince earlier, orang yang dicari adalah Amer Munawer Ruffedge n Zaf VE. Amer still remembers me - impressive!! Btw, Mode was in the audience, a few seats ahead of mine but didn’t see him at the Post Award party pulak. Amer said that it was a surprise for them to see him too and that Mode will be returning to Australia again.
Gambar ngan Cikgu Ramli MS pun ada, hahaha. Dream, gambar ni kena tunjuk kat Nisa, hehehe. Cikgu Ramli was puffing a cigar, and looking nice in green. Tu bukan colour peminat Mas ke? Hehe :) When I passed my camera to Chail to take a picture with him, I dropped my camera. Semua org was like.. "Adussss..." I replied back "Cikgu Ramli, saya tak main le campak2 marker.. Campak camera terus!" He replied something along the lines "Lagi dahsyat kamu ni! Kalah aku." Teringat kat Wink and his marker pens : )
Dream, when I took pics with Anuar Zain (so accommodating to his fans) I thought of you girl! :)
I paling byk borak ngan Burn, Vince and his family lah at Post Award party tu. Semua happy dgn kemenangan Vince. When I saw the trophy near Vanessa’s seat, cepat2 panggil Vince suruh posing with the award sbb nak upload for his YG. Bergambar lah sekali ngan trofi tu. My goodness, beratnyaaaa!!! 5kg Vince kata!!! Hehehehe..

I went to Adam FC Gathering for only awhile actually. Masa dah nak habis baru pegi. Actually, mmg tak plan nak pegi at all. The night before sibuk ngan Vince nyer gathering so agak2 mesti kepenatan so tak register le nama.
Balik dari Vince gathering tu (midnight), rumah takde electric and phone line kena sambar kilat lak! Until the next day at 2pm baru dpt electric! Tension!! Dah le panas, org tgh excited nak download gambar, nak post report and nak bercerita tak boleh sbb HP and digicam dah flat. Phone line takde dial tone… Fridge lak mati.. risau makanan basi… tinggal sorang2 lak tu. Parents left for Cambodia on that day itself. So mmg kalau ada niat nak gi mana2 pun dah kena cancel..
Bila dpt balik electricity terus keluar sbb nak lepas tension. Gi jalan2 cari baju ‘Urban Batik’ for AE04. SM and Aida was going to the gathering so sempat le kirim pesan ckp hi kat Zahid. Ada gak niat nak singgah2 kat Saloma tu bila dah nak habis tapi takde le serious mana. Aida sms ckp datang aje lah, tapi masa tu dah seronok shopping pulak, so I thought.. takpe lah.. lagipun segan gak le kan..
Then later, dpt call dari Aida. Dia cerita dia dah jumpa Zahid kat luar and dah kirim salam to Zahid on my behalf. Zahid ckp ni dah dua utusan dari Izrin dah ni. Hahahaha.. (Thanks SM for the 1st utusan). Aida ckp kat Zahid “I dah suruh Iz datang tapi tak tau le dia dtg ke tak”. Zahid ckp “Dia mesti datang punyaaa.. Tgk lah nanti” Chet!!! Hehehehe. Dgr dia ckp camtu, terus berkobar2 nak dtg Saloma!!! So that's why I ended up going actually.. after hearing what Zahid said, hahahaha...
Masa I sampai, mmg dah nak habis pun gathering tu. Masa I mula2 masuk pintu (Aida dok seret tangan I dgn lajunya bawak kearah Zahid) nampak Hafiz. Dia buat muka menyakat “Eh? Eh?” dia.. Tak tau lak Hafiz dah cam muka kita ni. Sbb I ni takde le lama sgt kenal committee KSNM kan. Mmg ada rasa out of place sikit masuk Saloma tu, sbb tak pakai merah putih, tapi gasak lah. Kita bukannya curi time Adam dari peminat dia.. kita jumpa Zahid je.
Heran I tgk Zahid pakai baju knitted.. warna hitam lak tu! Tak panas ke? I really liked his pants btw. Cantik! Ada gambar kartun apa entah on the right leg.
Tak ingat apa dia ckp masa nampak muka kita.. “Eh, Iz!!” I think. Masa tu dia tgh bergambar ngan fans. Bila dia free sikit baru I tegur dia nak mintak amik gambar. Seperti biasa dia akan ckp kat I “Tak cukup2 lagi dia ni or nak lagi amik gambar tu!” Tapi mmg dah lama gila I tak jumpa Zahid (for me lama gila lah.. last time jumpa masa carnival setiawangsa) so I ckp “I dah lama tak jumpa Zahid tau!”, hahaha. Masa nak amik gambar hyper semacam dia.. Tak leh duduk diam! Suka tul sabotage gambar by clowning around! Hehehee.. tu le bila dah tak cukup rest agaknya.. Nervous energy lah tu!
Masa I nak amik gambar ngan dia I took off my specs sbb rambut I amat le dodgynyer, so ingat nak le gunakan the specs as a cekak rambut ke kan.. bagi nampak kemas sikit. Tapi specs tu nak jatuh (sbb flimsy kan.. rimless) lak so sblm I amik gambar tu I was like "Eh jap! My specs!!" sambil tangan letak atas kepala nak cari mana specs tu pegi. Zahid ckp "Suka tul bukak specs masa amik gambar". (I have two pics with him with specs what!! hehe) Pastu dia yg ambik specs tu from my hair and held it in his right hand. Baik betul. I mati2 ingat dah jatuh dah specs tu. Lepas amik gambar I lupa langsung pasal specs tu sbb nak tgk gambar dlm digicam ok ke tak sbb asyik kena sabotage je by Zahid! Dia yang ingatkan balik psl specs, passed it to me. Thanks Zahid :)
Lepas tu Zahid dah nak balik.. Sblm dia balik, sempat request tangkap gambar solo Zahid. Pastu salam ayah Zahid tanya khabar and tanya mana aunty.
Masa tu kakak Kaer nampak I and smiled & waved to say hi. Hehehe.. teringat masa borak2 ngan family Kaer in concert 2. We all semua tgh tunggu Vince habis di-interview by Jimmy sbb nak amik gambar ngan Vince. So borak2 le ngan family Kaer. Padahal minat Zahid tapi family Zahid takde lak gi jumpa. Tactic tak nak mendemamkan lagi diri sebenarnya. Avoid habis family Zahid, hehehe. Now, apa dah jadi.. terjebak gak!! Adussss…
Lepas borak ngan family Kaer in that concert, at other concerts bila Jojo nampak I dia mmg tegur and tanya I what I thought of Kaer’s performance. Tak sangka lak Jojo ingat after just one conversation.. Bagusnya.
Tapi masa I pakai baju oren during konsert akhir di Dewan Sivik (konsert Cek Mek Molek), nampak Jojo, lari menyorok, hehehe.. sbb pakai baju oren. Segan!! :)
Anyway, mmg havoc habis Gathering Adam FC. Byk sgt manusia. Tak terkawal le keadaan. Kesian tgk Adam. Oh.. kezutan paling besar pada hari tu tgk SM pakai bandangan.. Sabar je lah. Zahid pun pakai.. hehe..
p/s: Got to meet the famous adik Leya in person. Comelnya diaaa. Hehe.. Nanti dah besar sah2 boleh kalahkan 'superstalker' sbb dia kecik2 lagi dah guna tactic bagusss :) Okeylah.. nak tido ni… Ciao!

It was a surprise indeed for our Vince! The 'suprise' nearly got ruined/sabotaged though for we had two scares...
First, Harian Metro printed in their Events/Happenings section that Vince's 25th Bday Celebration and Official FC Launch was going to be held on 18 Sept 04. Hmmm... do they not know the meaning of the word 'surprise'?
We found out about the 'sabotage' when Utusan called Kath up asking why is the supposedly 'secret' event not so secret now. The unsuspecting Kath told the reporter about our panic when the news came out and lo and behold... what happens next?
On the day of the event itself, Utusan ran a print of Kath's story about how the fans panicked with regard to their suprise party being revealed by a rival media. Mannn!!!!!
However, after that 1st scare, dah habis panic about Vince finding out. We had more pressing things to worry about - preparing for the day itself! And I had my speech to think about.

Anyway, it was just sooo nice to see Vince really suprised. Phew!! :) Hehe.. It was quite a nerve-wrecking waiting for him to arrive!!! Everyone was inside the room waiting silently in anticipation for Vince and Vanessa. The door was closed shut, the lights were dimmed and me and a few were at the door, holding our popping streamers/confetti, ready to twist them when he arrives. Kath was holding the door slightly ajar, peeping through the gap.... ready to give us the cue.... And then he arrives and we twisted our party poppers shouting "Surprise!!" Hehehehe...
Vince was led to believe that he had a show at Pan Pac by Vanessa (his PR) while the rest of his family put on a show. They pretended to dress up to go have dinner at their grandfather's place.
Vince's family all turned up for the gathering. Mr Chong, Mrs Chong (Aunty Susan), Vanessa (of course, as she is Vince's manager), Pamela, Michael (Pamela's boyfriend) , Daniel, Ian & Sean. They also brought a family friend with them. Didnt get his name though. Vince kept on shaking his head in disbelief, pointing his finger at Vanessa, hehe. He said they all deserve an Oscar! His dad kept honking from the driveway, his brother Sean was like "Come on, we are late!" etc etc..
Anyway... the night kicked off with a performance by Kristina and her friends. A fast dance routine to Vince's 'Killer Smile' song. And after that, tak tau lagu apa lak..
Then it was my turn to give a speech. Just kept it short and sweet. Brief intro about Vince's BFs and the YahooGroup, mentioned how proud we are of him. Being Chinese he's had too work doubly hard since AF1 and I think he's done pretty well. Wished him all the best in AE04 for his 3 nominations (Male Vocal, Duo/Group Vocal, Promising Artiste) and told him we all can't wait to see him in Sembilu 2005. Also mentioned we are excited to see him dressed in 'urban batik' during AE04. Whatever the outcome, we'll always support him cos as he famously said "Kita semua pemenang... tiada pengalah!"
Next it was a solo ballet dance by Lil Amelia. Vince's most active young fan!! :)
After that, another performance by a group of girls dancing to "Let's Twist Again".
Then it was the older BFs turn to sing. Uh oh!! :-) We all sang "When You Say Nothing At All". All I can say is 'Thank God for Chedd Audition!!" Hehe.. Yup, he's a BF too! :) Credit to Chedd, he didnt want to steal the limelight though. He kept urging us to sing by passing the mike to us!
Next up was a group dance performance to a Chinese song. Sexy!! :) A group of girls in white hot pants and long boots.. :)
And then finally it's Chow time! :) Vince's fans took this opportunity to borak2 with him in the buffet line. After dinner, Vince went around talking to the fans, and he and his parents had a look at the collection of pictures of him with his fans which we compiled and put up on a whiteboard. We even had pop quizzes for Vince, asking him if he still remembers where and when those pics were taken.
After the brief recess of performances, we had Chedd (of 'Audition' show) sing us a medley of songs, the last song being "I Feel Good". Great audience interaction and good solid voice. Aunty Susan was the most animated person in the room, as I expected! She is simply the coolest celeb mom! :)
And then the most awaited moment is here! Vince, Vanessa and the BFs by now have changed into their Official Vince Fan Club Tshirts. The BFs went on stage to stand behind Vince (who was at ground level) while NKOTB's "Happy Bday" was played. Two cakes were wheeled in. A guitar shaped one for Vince's 25th Bday (technically he's still 24 - until 30 Sept) and another cake with his face picture on it to commemorate the Official FC launch.

The cake with his picture on was soo beautiful it was sad to see it being cut. That cake tasted so good too! hehe. When he cut the cake we had even bigger confetti poppers!!! :)
We then presented him the group present - a Chelsea away jersey with his name, no. 7 at the back and an embroidered message to commemorate the event.

If Zahid ada KSNM (Kipas Susah Nak Mati = Die Hard Fan), Vince ada BFs dia :) BF stands for 'Beloved Fan' , not Boy Friend ok :) Vince coined the term himself and only those who lepak at the vincent_chong YahooGroup (where I'm the moderator) knows this term :) It's our secret code! Then individual fans gave him their presents. Among them were a Guess watch, a framed cross-stitch picture with the words "Follow Your Dreams", a framed potrait of him etc Our poor Vince still looked kinda suprised at this point of time, actually. He said he was lucky to have fans like us. Thanks VC! He said he'll write a super duper long email at the YG once he's free after this to say thanks! :)
The press then took a group pic of all the BFs helping Vince cutting the cake, our hands on top of his. After that, Vince went to the press table for a brief Press Conference - which was shown on Astro News on Monday, 20 Sept. Yaay!! Seronok tgk balik! We then had another dance performance! Hehehe.. mcm konsert!!
Vince then sang for us a few songs.. Mimpi Yang Pasti was one of them. The best part though was when we all managed to coax Sean (Vince's youngest brother) to sing for us! Aunty Susan, Karen, myself, Vince, Vanessa & Pamela tried asking him to sing once at MidValley 3R Women's Day Event and it didnt work.
Penat we all pujuk dia that night. Vince said 'If this was a bathroom, he'd be singing away" and proceeded to say to Sean... "Imagine this is a toilet......" So betul2 couldn't believe my eyes when he actually sang "Hero"! Way to go Sean! Mmg suara dia sedap. In fact, it was also the first time the Chong family heard him sing outside the toilet! Hehehe...
Then it was free time for more pics, signatures and chit chatting. Some info from the chat:
- Sembilu 2005's ending will make u cry he said! :)
- Vince will be singing 'Andai Kau Mengerti' in AEO4 - wearing a Key Ng creation. His urban batik designer tak ingat pulak siapa.
- His dad told me that Vince will represent Malaysia in Voice of Asia at Shanghai in November. You go Vince!! To be chosen is an honour indeed.
- Vince's Dari Studio 1 will be recorded on Oct 5th. FINALLY!!!
- He was going to buy the away Chelsea jersey that day actually!! Luckily he didnt! Phew! :)
- Vince planned with his sis to actually makan steamboat after the show as Vanessa said the show didnt have any dinner!

1st Informal KSNM Gathering
It was raining heavily in PJ so a few like myself, Kak Jida and Kak Ochie sampai lambat sikit. Mmg oren taman tu petang tu, haha... Tikar dibentang penuh ngan orange drinks, buah oren, cekodok bawang, keropok, kerepek, toblerone.. mcm2 adaaa... Thanks to those yang bawak food.
Magazines/paper yg ada Zahid pun ada eg Kosmo, Bacaria, Media Hiburan, URS...
Pastu ada yg bwk koleksi peribadi gambar2 Zahid...
I have to admit, not being a regular poster in the YG rasa mcm serba salah nak gi gathering sbb tak kenal sgt sesiapa except some of the committee members but was easily put at ease by those present, esp the Hot Mamas (Kak Ochie, Kak Sherene & Kak Jida), Nuris and Jismin. Thanks guys.
Finally dpt tgk paper Kosmo tu camner, haha... Mcm cendawan paper/magazine sekarang! :)
Major activity was chatting, eating and tgk2 gambar/mags. Then there was a sessi introducing ourselves. Dimulakan ngan Committee members, then members and last but not least, Hafiz n Saiful. Ada yg siap pass hadiah kat Zahid through Hafiz lagi. Zahid kirim salam through Hafiz.. Dia ada show kat UMS so tak dpt attend.
Joe came over later and kena jadi photographer. Hehe.. thanks Joe. Later we talked a bit about getting Zahid a baju melayu oren & psl Canai Fest among others.
Cakap betul lah.. risau tul memikirkan Canai Fest ni! Takut tak terkawal keadaan. Mesti ramai org. Nanti tak nak le jadi mcm masa kenduri kawin Ziana tu, sampai ayah dia pengsan. If tentative date nak buat sblm bulan puasa and sblm konsert brunei, sure Zahid penat nak kena rehearsal for show Brunei, pastu nak sibuk psl Canai Fest lak kan.. Tapi ye lah, might as well get it over and done with.
I think it's better to not rush things. Do it after Raya pun ok, ada lebih masa nak cari sponsor but lepas Raya tak semestinya tak busy kan? Apa2pun, its good Zahid & family rancang nak buat gak Canai Fest ni. Personally speaking, I tak pernah expect him to do it. I took it as gurauan.. But nanti tak buat org akan sentiasa tanya. Bosannnnn.. Mcm tanya for the sake of asking, you know? Or sebab tak tahu nak tanya apa dah :)
Anyway... I had a good time. Nice meeting everyone and Kak Jida, thanks for giving me a lift back. Moral of the story is, kalau sesat, biar sesat bersama, hehehe :)

Ada yg siap pass hadiah kat Zahid through Hafiz lagi. Zahid kirim salam through Hafiz.. Dia ada show kat UMS so tak dpt attend.
Joe came over later and kena jadi photographer. Hehe.. thanks Joe. Later we talked a bit about getting Zahid a baju melayu oren & psl Canai Fest among others.
Cakap betul lah.. risau tul memikirkan Canai Fest ni! Takut tak terkawal keadaan. Mesti ramai org. Nanti tak nak le jadi mcm masa kenduri kawin Ziana tu, sampai ayah dia pengsan. If tentative date nak buat sblm bulan puasa and sblm konsert brunei, sure Zahid penat nak kena rehearsal for show Brunei, pastu nak sibuk psl Canai Fest lak kan.. Tapi ye lah, might as well get it over and done with.
I think it's better to not rush things. Do it after Raya pun ok, ada lebih masa nak cari sponsor but lepas Raya tak semestinya tak busy kan? Apa2pun, its good Zahid & family rancang nak buat gak Canai Fest ni. Personally speaking, I tak pernah expect him to do it. I took it as gurauan.. But nanti tak buat org akan sentiasa tanya. Bosannnnn.. Mcm tanya for the sake of asking, you know? Or sebab tak tahu nak tanya apa dah :)
Anyway... I had a good time. Nice meeting everyone and Kak Jida, thanks for giving me a lift back. Moral of the story is, kalau sesat, biar sesat bersama, hehehe :)
